Poor. Need to turn off mobile data to connect to camera. Now I cannot even download the footage. App crashes when I try to do so. Will not buy this camera in future.

I'm using Samsung S10+ and the WiFi keeps getting disconnected when I press connect in the app and it doesn't get connected at all. I've tried turning off mobile data but to no avail as well. Useless. Gonna sell away this camera.

guys, I had the same problem when connecting, stuck at 70%. I tried disconnecting from mobile data and tried connecting to camera, was ok. you may want to try that.

I have no problem to connected DR820 with my Samsung 8 and iPhone 7 but unable to connect to my latest Samsung S10+. Checked with dealer and able to connected S10+ unless u off the mobile data. Hope this info is useful for those who unable to connect the camera with ur hp.

One of the world app ever use. It always cant connect to the cam and difficult to use and navigate the app. The company need to do more test and they feel confident and comfortable then launch. No point make app to angry customer.

hey this is not working with Samsung note 8, android 9.0. Program start fine, able to find the dash cam, attempting to register fails repeatedly at 70% someone had identified this problem before. please find a fix, else I will return the product.
