榮耀事工的目的，是復興基督造人的榮耀，以至於我們能夠敞著臉見到基督的榮光，變成主的形狀，榮上加榮，如同主變成的（林後3：18），在地上活出神兒子的榮耀，完成自己生存的命定及意義，並將基督的心意帶到地上來。影響這個世界，有天國的祝福及實際。
