Will not take card for payment. I reinstalled to see if the app would work. Uninstalling since there is no point in ordering on the app if a cash option isn't available. I have emailed support and I am waiting on a response to the error message. "Authenticate to modify the wallet" on January 6th.

This site not user friendly. Had to guess what to do next. No way to back and make corrections, had to get out of app and start over to make changes. When I got to drive thru at store they had no record of this purchase. Order was not ready as specified on app after I paid for order it Went to drive thru window they knew nothing about this order but were very kind and made the order in just a few minutes. This app needs some more development for people that are not familiar with it.

The app for me is smooth. Ordering for me seems easy. I just don't like that I can't place a mobile order past 5:40pm. Since I couldn't place an order (because I was getting out of work at 7:30pm), I tried calling for take out. I was then was told that they aren't doing orders over the phone because of how busy they are. They told me to use the app instead...😐. I just hope this can be fixed soon.

Unable to clear the cart after an order. I really liked the ease of the app with the first order but was seriously frustrated when logging back in to make a new order only to find my first order was still in the cart and absolutely NO options to clear the cart, even delete an item from the cart. I haf to uninstall the app and reinstall to clear it.

The process was smooth, sure. But if you plan to order for later in the day I hope you are ready to pick up as soon as you order. That pick up time seriously needs to be fixed, at this pace no matter what you'll be stuck with cold food.

so disappointed in this app. f For months, there has been an error an unable to order the chicken. I have sent messages, informed managers and nothing. The food is great! The app is easy to use. Just fix it!!!
