Dont let the old version update .. Having used this for around 9months...here's my suggestions If on android... 1. Roll back to old version 2. If heater is not found first time you open inteliapp ...use back arrow 3 times ..each time going to back again heater name screen .On the third time you do this heater number will be seen. 3.if that doesnt work Disable and restart bluetooth on android phone. 4. If still doesnt show restart android phone and try above procedures in order again

Totally useless. Can't even see heaters in app despite them all being visible in Bluetooth Settings. Previous version worked (kind of). Have tried the updated app on 3 different Android phones - they are all the same. Not sure why the developers bothered - you can see from the reviews that the app is broken. Aren't they embarrassed? - I know I would be if I was the developer.

My Android phone says it's paired with the 2 newly installed Heatstore HSDS 100 and 50 radiators. Yet the app shows nothing. An £800 installation that lacks the Bluetooth functionality that was advertised. I have called their technical support in the UK. They assured me that the app is being worked on. I told them I was worried that the playstore reviews show that people have been having problems for over a 1 year 1/2. I encourage you to ring their technical support line to voice your concerns.

Similar experience to Steve below, rad is visible in bluetooth settings, offers a pairing code which is accepted and shows as paired within phone. Rad also has a Bluetooth symbol on the display. Open the app and there's nothing, no options menu, no instructions, just a notice asking you to choose a rad to connect to which presumably should populate into a list below the notice. Tried forgetting & remaking the connection, restarting phone and rad etc but nothing creates a link to the app.
