There is little to no fine control of the hearing aides. Sure the hearing professional can have remote access for fine tuning and adjusting of the hearing aides but, for the amount I spent for the hearing aides themselves, why can't I control the fine tuning and adjusting the way I like them. Don't get me wrong. I can hear again and I love it. I would prefer a more detailed app that gives me more control of the hearing aides myself.

Keeping the volume up to hear a call. It's a pain to constantly have to regulate the volumn button on cell to hear someone.

App does help with some things. But, it should have an accessible option to adjust each ear volume.

This app is easy to navigate and allows me to control the aids for better clarity. The set up was very fast and I was able to do it myself without any trouble. I'm pretty amazed with how clearly I can hear, even over background noise.
