We have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for 5+ years. We hoped we wouldn't actually ever need to use it. My service dog ended up needing 2 surgeries in 3 years. The filing process was easy, and getting reimbursed was quick! We have been so grateful as this policy allows us to be able to get our animals the care they need, especially in emergency situations without us fearing about cost. On top of that, they truly care about your pet and check in to see how your pet is doing. Give them 10/10!!

I cannot stress the importance of pet insurance enough to everyone I know who has pets. The vet told us it was surgery or he'd need to be put down. Without the insurance I don't know if we'd be able to afford to have done it. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts! It wasn't his time for that rainbow bridge. And after the claim was submitted and processed (which is always quick), they check in to see how recovery is going. So sweet.

Your app is defective STILL. When submitting a claim with the invoice attached, the attachment(s) are never visible on the app or on the website. When I review my account and look at my claims I submitted via the app, they show "no invoice attached." If I look at another claim submitted via the website, I see the expected & CORRECT functionality where the invoice is attached & visible. This DEFECT has existed for years and should be fixed or provide customers w a notice.

Healthy Paws has been phenomenal for my three dogs. We have had some major catastrophic incidents including severe rattlesnake envenomation and intestinal obstruction. Healthy Paws has been straightforward, fast and reliable to work with and I couldn't be more grateful to have them on our side. Cannot recommend more highly.
