Healthy paws, as a company, is fantastic! The app, however, has gone downhill since they took away the ability to add photos instead of having to take the picture of the receipt. When using online services like 1800 petmeds, I can't attach the bill statement. I now have to print out the receipt and take a picture of it. Not the end of the world....but inconvenient for sure.

Please fix the document upload/photo process! Your customers have been asking for this for months!!! (I love Healthy Paws! Claims have always been super easy for the past 9 years but now I can't submit the invoice through the app and I see others have been reporting this for months but no response from Healthy Paws is surprising and disappointing!)

I've come to the conclusion that they want to make it as difficult as possible for people to file claims.Can't upload invoices anymore so I have to print them out like it's the 1990's🙄 and then when you take a photo it gets rejected because of various reasons, usually too dark but the app won't let the flash function🙄. For the hundreds of dollars I'm paying every month you'd think they'd be able to have a worthwhile functional app to make me feel less sick every time I make a payment to them.

Worked great until recently. Crashes every time I try to take a picture of a receipt or add an existing picture. I cannot send claims in this way.

ZERO stars, completely worthless. They are happy to take your monthly premiums, but don't help you out when you actually file a claim. It's been over 2 months and they are still "reviewing" the initial claim. Now we are unable to get other insurance because our dog has current conditions. Don't waste your time with this company, save yourself time and money, find another Pet insurance!

The app is useless. I have to call in and verify every claim I submit. They say the image is unreadable (it's not) and i have to call and email. No information shown about my claims etc... Disappointed in this app and the companies claim process
