This app needs some serious work from both the app developers and backend engineers. The most annoying aspect is the lack of user session management. You have to reauthenticate everyday by entering your password. That's just laziness to not put some effort into a secure session management. Secondly, there needs to be better integration with whatever identity management system used by districts. It should not be that hard for parents to sign up.

I wouldn't use this app if I didn't have to. I am woken up every morning starting at 7am and receive a text AND an email every 15 minutes until I check my child in. I like it even less when I am receiving messages on the weekends too. The school should be able to provide a calendar for when the children are not in school so parents aren't woken up during breaks either.

Doesn't keep signed in. Have to log in each time once the app exits. School district and email fields get autofill by the same field, so saved password doesn't work. App name as appear in installed app list is "Health Portal", which is different from app name shown during install.

Makes me login every single time I open the app. Doesn't allow me to view the cleared screen after I complete it.

Inaccurate service email (bounced back) and inefficient in-app process. Is there any way to have a single screen show all account questionnaires' status that includes the date they're cleared for? This would make the process much more efficient for families with multiple kids and help speed up check-in at schools.

The app is not accepting my email which is strange because it is the same email I use every time. I tried re-setting my password and when I go to the settings to change it, the app asks for my old password, which is kind of ridiculous because I can't remember the old password. Also once I am able to log in with a temporary password there are no options for me to enter whether my son has been sick or not. I went to their website trying to find a contact number and I can't find one.
