Not good as expected. No one is in the other side to respond your queries and complaints. You have to keep calling for your refund. They pickup product very fast when to return but for refund the become tortoise. I am highly disappointed. Instead of refund tour amount the used to give coupon. Means you are forced to parchase feom their app.

Some issue in the app. Once I place my order, cart should be empty. But it keeps all items in cart. So next time I have to be very careful to remove unwanted medicines from cart before placing order.

The app and products are good but they take too long time to dispatch and deliver the orders, the recent order i made is taking more than 11 days to deliver which is rediculous, when we order medicines it means they are urgent, what's the point in taking medicine after 11 days, they must improve this very weak point for sure!

Can't sign in..it shows error..OTP comes still shows error .pl rectify..app is not working properly .. but the products are good ..so I had ordered online as guest .. it is better if signed in and track easily

Good site for medicines but one area for improve is "delivery time". I realized you take longer time between accepting order and dispatching it which impact the whole delivery process. Best of luck...keep improving 👍

One of the best apps in the market. I am very happy with the services of the company. Some of the medicines which were not available near my house were found on the platform. I am very happy with my experience. A request, kindly add protein X to the platform as well.
