Why do I need an email and an app alert when a prescription is ready? Currently, my laptop pings to say I have an email, then my phone pings twice to tell me I have an email and again with a message in the app. Why is there is no option to opt out of emails? I'm tired of asking why I can't opt out of emails in the app and emails cannot be replied to. How do I opt out of emails please?

I won't be using this app after this final time. I'll be back to ordering my prescription from the surgery DIRECT. Three consecutive months of not receiving my repeat prescription drugs on time is not good enough. Once I received a notification that it was ready to pick up, I went and it wasn't even there and had to request a prescription! They talk a good story on the 'benefits' of this app but they certainly don't walk it. Staff are good at the chemist but the app clearly isn't working well.

The app is generally easy to navigate. Although I have had problems inputting some data, in that it states information has been entered, although it isn't shown? The problem is currently being dealt with by the app developer.

Like how u can add dependents on your profile and easily switch between them. Took me awhile to figure out how to put more then one medication down for my son. Bit of trial and error. Few prescriptions been disapproved coz they where under wrong name. Hopefully I've sorted this now

Love the ease of use, and makes ordering repeat prescription very convenient. One criticism is that the change delivery options do not allow request for home delivery due to shielding from COVID.
