Easy to set up and made a booking just on 12pm and a very nice doctor arrived before 12.30pm. Obviously a bit of luck with the timing, but very happy with the app and the process.

I called 13sick to book a doctor. While on hold I was listening to recorded messages telling me to download the app for a quicker response. So I did. Filled out all my info and recieved a text 10 minutes later telling me the doctor would be here within an hour...25 minutes later he arrived!! He was here for literally 5 minutes, wrote out a script for antibiotics and left. Very impressed!! 10/10

So easy and quick and professional so happy was able to download app onto new phone real quick log in and book doctor so quickly for my sick daughter it was stress free
