when i leave residence can't connect to cameras from cellphone even though
I have a good 4g LTE connection. Software came with my Samsung HRD E-1630LN
DVR so was not expecting this not to work!!!

Will not let use my passwords wants longer passwords and some of my cams dont even come with passwords. So thos is not user friendly at all

I can go to the store and the app will work perfectly but as soon as I leave the store the device will not connect. Whats the point of being able to see whats going on at the store on an app if I am there and have the actual monitor of the DVR. I need to be able to view them away from the store.
