I've been using this for more than a year and I've had enough. The journal doesn't work and my completed challenges are not saved. I upgraded to premium, same thing. Sometimes the challenges themselves have nothing to do with the text example, which is almost entirely based in the work of one author, Carlos Castaneda, whose work is widely criticized as being a dishonest fantasy cloaked as academic fact.

I was fooled by the high rating! In the morning, the app gives you what's supposed to be an inspirational quote with a challenge, such as "stopping the internal dialogue". That's it! It does not give you any hint about how to stop the internal dialog! I thought it would offer some methods for stopping the internal dialog, like meditation.

this is probably my favorite application I've downloaded it's incredibly helpful and it's a great way to Everyday practice well-being and awareness of the self. highly recommend, I absolutely love it! the only criticism I have is that I hate that you have to pay for an upgrade which I'm not going to do which limits my ability to really get the full attributes of the app but other than that it's a really great daily self-help app I just wish you didn't have to pay for an upgrade which is stupid.

just pure awesome. only one thing i would ask/suggest is to give me challenges with a hifher difficulty(im assuming i have to $upgrade$ to do so though... which is not good for promoting your app if you only have 2 feautures technically, the daily challenge and the journal) pretty basic but otherwise i love your app and it has definitely helped in my spiritual growth. thank you

I love this app! Im very much enjoying the prompts, and the consistent use is shifting me into a mindset of using life as learning. However! I have one big complaint. I work nights, so the day centering around 6pm is very inconvenient. The challenge goes away at midnight, but my day doesnt end til 4am. I very frequently dont get to do my journal and wrap up for each lesson, which frustrates me.

I think this idea is beautiful! I can't give it 5 stars, tho, because my entries have yet to go into the journal! I write my thoughts, but "finish" and it's gone. Not once had any of my thoughts written down have gone into the journal. Disappointing to say the least.

About this app

The app contains a set of practice exercises from books of Carlos Castaneda, toltec magic, shamanism and others. It allows you to develop such skills as:
- mindfulness and self-control,
- accumulation of internal energy and vitality,
- development of empathy and sensitivity and others

by daily doing such exercises as:
- stopping the internal dialogue,
- rejection of self-importance
- self-stalking and so on.

The author gathered, analyzed and verified a big number of simple and effective exercises. Many of them are unique. Every task can be finished in one day during the daily routine. The set of exercises is not a complete course, but it just shows the possible ways of spiritual development. There are no guarantees, but doing the tasks methodically you can feel the gradual positive transformation. The collection of tasks is periodically updated. With time you may come up with your own exercises that are effective for you. The author will be glad to hear about them and add them to this collection.

The flow:
A new task is available every morning; it can be taken or skipped. The practice continues during the day and finishes at night. The finished tasks are recorded in the Journal. Every task has its own difficulty level. More difficult tasks will be given with time. You can enable reminders in the Settings which can help you in daily practice.

New features

Android X support added. Changing challenges language fixed.
