Well OnTarget seems like it would be awesome if it worked... cant sync my fitbit I always get an error saying it is unavailable at that time. For weeks it has not worked. My appointments and what I have paid dont seem to be tracked either so truly not sure the point of this other than being able to view my insurance card on my phone...

Basic functions of the application do not work. Provider finder crashes with a "Something Went Wrong" message when trying to use it. The automatic add insurance card function also fails with a connection error. Better off using the website. Not worth downloading.

No one wants to carry plastic or paper ID cards. It's 2020. My cards won't load, and for whatever reason, my vision card is not even available on the app. My paper cards came in but my info is cutoff and partially missing from the perforated lines.
