A poorly designed app. Their developers would have been better off making their website mobile friendly than creating this app. The log in process is extremely clumsy and app functionality is very limited. For a while I couldn't even get my ID card on the app. Not worth downloading, you're better off just accessing the desktop site on your computer.

when logging in, I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops. it doesn't stay internal in the app, takes you to another page and it constantly doesn't remember my phone which I have set as a trusted device. didn't use to have all these problems before the last big update
