Once phone is connected to the Cordcutter WiFi, the app will not find the device. Only way to find device was by putting Cordcutter on the wired Ethernet. But then when trying to do a firmware update, the app hangs at 5% - even though the device has fully rebooted and green light is normal. Tried resetting device a few times but no change. Seems that both the app and the hardware have problems.

Using the LG G5 (Oreo 8.0), the app crashes immediately when any option under Settings is selected (including "About"). So, it's impossible to even accesss the tuner device, even with firmware version 413 installed.

the hardware and software is the worst says windows pc on box but it works till it crashes all the time just for ios and android biggest waste of time and money. company please come get this or refund me100 dollars
