Luxe is a Taxi app with a difference - Firstly, it is price matched with all the other local Peterborough Taxi firms. Secondly and most importantly try not to view it as a taxi service. We would like you to treat it as your very own personal chauffeur or driver. A driver who you can call upon 24/7 without the need for hiring a full-time driver. All our vehicles are Black Mercedes ranging from E Class, S Class & Mercedes Vito for larger group sizes. Our drivers will all wear Black Suits distinctive to the chauffeur trade.

Once you have requested your driver at the tap of a button, he/she will arrive in minutes, day or night to take you to wherever you want to go. The journey is based on Fixed Price which you will be informed of prior to placing your order. We offer a convenient service of paying by cash or card.

The possibilities and occasions of when you may need a driver are endless, whether you’re going to the airport, train station, shopping, going across town or a special occasion such as a wedding, Luxe Drivers will be there to accommodate your journeys. Luxe is exclusively available in Peterborough, UK only. 

All drivers have been vetted and have completed an in-depth chauffeur training program. Additional checks are also completed including DBS, driving test & health test prior to becoming a chauffeur for Luxe.

How to request a driver:

- Just download the app and tell us where you want to go.
- The app uses your location so your driver knows exactly where to pick you up from.
- You will see your driver’s photo and vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map.
- Payment can be made by credit card, cash, Apple Pay or PayPal.
- After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the Luxe experience. You will also receive a receipt by email.
