Waste of time. Advance booked a local journey only to be told, the day before, that they don't do local journeys, only long distance and airport transfers. It's a good idea, the app works well, just wish the info about no local journeys had been flagged up when making the booking.

CHEAPER! BETTER! AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've used this app twice a fare that costs me £22 from royal cars and 001 cost me £12 with this company and a fair that costs me £15 cost me £9.30 so that's why it's better for me. As for customer service. The drivers are smartly dressed in nice clean cars with great friendly conversation. Nahim Arif helped me with my luggage and baby to my doorstep as for Sajid Arif walked my disabled mother in law to station she was so greatful she called me 😊

Terrible app that doesn't work. Sat waiting for 30 minutes for the app to locate a car. Gave up and rang the number off the side of one that drove past to then receive a ride in 5 minutes.

Going to Oxford, thought I'd try it. Won't even let me create an account, keeps saying there's no internet connection. There is one.
