Twice now, whilst booking, this app has decided it knows better than I do in regards to my location. I'll write in my address, make the booking, only to find that it has adjusted my position based on whatever the hell it likes. Then, when I tried to rebook, it refused to accept my address several times before deciding to book my taxi immediately, instead of for later. I'm exasperated. This is exactly why I prefer speaking to people over these shoddy applications.

I would say that if there are going to be delays with prebooked taxis that then app is able to let the person know.
