Waste of time, all time slots are already booked but they still show on the app, what is the use of showing already booked slots! Only luck can get you an appointment thru this app. AVOID!

My suggestion would be instead of showing all time slots, show only time slots on which appointment can be available and booked in one click, I tried to check on more than 10-15 time slots it says same thing 'Doctor won't be available on requested time', If you already know doctor won't be available on some time slots then why you are even showing those time slots?? Be logical and please provide hassle and frustration gree app experience, then you will be able to market it as book appointment in one click. All the best

Worst application and time waste thing I m trying from last three days the booking will not done ... I suggest you team shut this app and continue with manual application... It will save pateint time as wll as yours ...

It is very good but it is not true for evening appointments, it is good for morning appointments

No feature to cancel the appointment. Generally we dont get an appointment so we have to book from 3-4 phone so that at least one appointment we can get. App is poorly designed. At least take feedback from patients so that it can be improved.

trying to make an appointment through this app for 3-4days now and got no results 😂. what kinda app is this. I don't know If the doctor selects the patients himself or they have already made the payment. when the clock hits 10pm exactly I tried to click many time but showed that people are in line and wait for your chance, which never came and the list got full to 65, and at last showed that try again tomorrow. I guess this is a scam or this app is glitched too much. Plz make it work.🙏
