Trying to add points to my rewards app, but it keeps saying the purchase hasn't been uploaded however its been a few days and it's still not allowing me to add points.

Doesn't let me log in or register... This app doesn't seem to work at all! Very frustrating.

I'm giving lowest score possible. I've recently upgraded my Samsung tablet and the new one isn't compatible with this app! So I've got at least one reward (possibly 2) which I can't now access at all. It's not compatible with my smartphone either! So no longer using the scheme as they've thrown me out of it!

Doesn't let you log in with the registered email address. Then when you try and reset it it says there is no account with that email. Then when you try and register it says whoops there is a problem!

App used to work but no longer scans bar codes or accepts bar code number and blames connectivity. Still shows vouchers that expired in May. The quality does not fit the brand....

No incentive or offer for first time customer , the app itself is very annoying why does the bar at the top of the screen keep going up and down
