Good application, but fore some person, vinegar is halal while wine isn't

Some products are shown 'halal' with this scanner, but with another scaner the same products are shown 'mashbooh'. So, i am really comfused what to do. For example, In france, a very popular milk 'viva', i found it mashbooh with another app, but when i scanned it with 'halal ou pas?' i found it halal. Can anyone clarify it to me??
