About this app

5 Good Goals is a goal tracking app to help you make achievements.

Focus on 5 (or less) goals at a time, setting yourself a time frame for when you'd like to achieve them by. Ideally keep goals small (break larger goals into smaller parts) with short time frames.

There are 3 goal sections:

- Current Goals - goals you are currently focused on

- Previous Goals - goals you finished so you can keep a history of your achievements

- Future Goals - goals to work on in future which you can import to your current goals when you are ready
