Absolutely infuriating. I tried to order a meal on their app. After checking out and finishing payment, i didn't have any order number due to an error on their app, but the amount was deducted from my bank. I have called their helpline and spoke with their staff multiple times while successfully verifying my bank card as instructed by the staff they acknowledged the issue and assured me that i would get the refund within a week. It's been six months, and i still haven't received my refund.

Very slow service, I got my order after 90 minutes and the food was not properly packed and cold, the chicken was rubbery and chewy in texture, really doubt if it was real meat or not, no ketchup or sauce with 3 burgers and very less serving for family fries

Great app. Better customization options than Talabat and Deliveroo. And the in app promos are good. [[Update]]: the payment mechanism is faster now.

Worst ever app to deal with. I tried placing the order, updated all card details. Proceeded with the payment. The page showed web page not available. Tried again, almost half way through the payment attempt, i got a message that initial attempt deducted my money from the account and still not ordwr confirmation number nor is it taking me out of the checkout page either. Worst app ever. Customer service doesnt have any clue on what to say and technical team cannot be contacted either.

Please check your app. There's some error. You cannot order. It keeps sayong the some pricing may have changed in items in the cart.

When making a meal why is the reset button so easily clicked on the top right side of my phone. When resetting a meal wouldn't it be more sensible to have an "are you sure you want to reset your selected meal" warning to show up on screen? I accidentally reset my order and I ended up ordering the wrong items without realising it. It's a massive design flaw and needs to be updated and fixed. Thankfully the branch we orded at eventually gave us the meal we needed but the hassle was ridiculous.
