Let Happi help you monetize your data with maximum reward and minimum effort!

Happi rewards people generously for their participation in mobile monitoring research and honest and thoughtful responses to surveys. Specifically, we pay in cash-like prizes $5 for each week of compliant monitoring participation and roughly $9 per hour for surveys, assuming your average time per question response is 5 seconds. Your mobile behavior is what triggers the survey questions, so we can’t predict how many questions you will get each week.

Our internal currency is a Smile. Happi Smiles are worth US$0.01. We give 500 Smiles for each week on monitoring and 1 to 10 Smiles for each survey response. Sometimes, we have Happi Missions, like mystery shopping or picture taking, and we give many more Smiles to people who participate in those.

Your account is free. There is no payment gateway on Happi. We have no way to receive money from you. Sometimes, we will send you promotions aligned with your mobile behavior. For example, if we see you browsing sportswear, we may send you a promotion for a specific sports apparel brand or retailer.

Mobile monitoring participation is effortless. The surveys are quick. The rewards are generous. All we ask is that you be consistent and honest in your participation.

What is mobile monitoring? Specifically, this means that Happi will be able to detect when and where you hear TV ads, see digital ads, or pass by Out Of Home ads. We will also observe your mobile activity (web visits, app usage, search terms, media streaming, etc). We do not see the content of email or text messages. We do not capture account information or passwords. The information we collect is aggregated, pseudonymized, and syndicated for market research purposes only. We do not provide data to ad bidstreams, but we may serve an ad to you directly to see if / how you respond to it and then may ask you a paid survey question about it. The purpose is not to sell you a product or to sell you as a product to other platforms but rather to help our clients measure the effectiveness of their marketing and test new ideas and promotions.

You can turn monitoring off temporarily by using the Pause Monitoring feature on the HappiRewards page, but this will limit the number of high-value questions you receive. If you pause monitoring more than three times a day, you may not be compliant for your $5 reward that week.

You can opt-out of the panel permanently at any time by sending an opt-out request to support@happi.sg or via the Support menu on the app.
Your privacy and the security of your data are extremely important to us. All data that you supply is encrypted, securely stored and treated as highly confidential.

THIS APP USES ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES, MIC ACCESS AND LOCATION SERVICES

HappiRewards is using the respective permissions with active consent by the end-user. Location services are used to determine which OOH ads you pass, which stores or restaurants you visit, how far you travel each day, and where you are when you are exposed to advertisements or engage specific apps on your phone. The mic access may be used to listen for the sound track of TV or radio ads. It doesn’t record anything and does not listen for anything other than advertisements. The Accessibility permissions are used for analyzing the application and web usage on your device as part of the opt-in HappiRewards market research panel.
