About this app

The Journey to Enlightenment has 400 guided meditations that are designed to help the user attain enlightenment. Meditation is a spiritual journey and the JTE is structured to activate the parts of the brain that create a connection with one's Higher Self.

The basis for a lot of our human struggles is that we think our ego-minds, which are based upon fear and unable to love, are who we think we are. Our Higher Self, our true nature, which is based upon love, has been dominated by the ego-mind. Dr. Zach, designer and producer of the JTE, defines enlightenment as being able to be centered within the consciousness of your Higher Self for most of your day. At this point, your ego-mind has been relegated to the role of serving the Higher Self not dominating it. This is what can be achieved, if you decide to go on the Journey to Enlightenment.
