Very bad 👎 service .not maintain berth clean .punctuality was very poor needs to improve.driver have stop the bus on mid journey for more than 2 hrs to pick other bus passenger.berth was very dirty some one have vomited and make berth cover and curtain rod very dirty and window glass was flooded with vomit .kindly note and keep remember in future

The worst travels operater ever. Booked the bus from Ujjain to Mumbai via Indore (change at Indore). Bus timing was 5:20 pm from Ujjain, but didn't get bus no. Pickup bus came at 6. Then left us to Indore at 7:30 pm. They told, bus to Mumbai will come at 8. Got into it, by telling seat no. and then at 9 pm, got a message for 5:20 PM's bus that your bus number is ****. Later at 9:55 pm. Got the msg that your bus number is **** ( Indore to Mumbai), which was not the one which I actually boarded.

Driver suddelny informed to all passengers time around 02:00 am mid night for inter change bus. All passengers are in sleep mode some are with little childreans nd all have getting trouble for shift their luggage one bus to another bus. Now another new problem is new bus driver says me that bus is not going to Bhopal nd will drop me at Ashta also he doesn't have any list about passengers. I tried to connect call centre for help but no response receive. Is this kind of service of Hans Travels?

Worst experience ever 12 am bus came at 3 am Drivers are from local Indore guys , speak very rough language and are not at all cooperative !! No hygiene , no sanitization , my seat cover was stained with tobacco I was waiting in dark for 3 hr and the bus driver wasn't answering my phone. HANS TRAVELS IS A SCAM THEY INTER EXCHANGED BUS FROM ONE HANS TO ANOTHER SAYING THERE WAS PROBLEM IN VEHICLE BUT LATER I discovered it was to save some tax!! WORST BUS EXPERIENCE EVER Never never book hans

Worst experience ever with any private bus...they stop every where for more passangers and bhar bhar ke passangers late hai... sleeper bus mai bhi extra log leke beech wali passage mai logonko bithate hai...aur they don't even bother if we complain..very bad n poor experience...please don't opt for hans...

MC Driver and BC pikup man droped me 50 km before my dstintion(ujjain) and they told me to go with other bus(local) with difrent route as bus will go direct to indore with other route.i bought ticket with insurance, if anything happened to me who would be responsible. it was my 1st and last journey with hans travel. Nd i make u sure i will not recommend ur agency to anyone. Now i understand why u have only 2 rattings. sab gaaliya kam h tum bsdiwalo k liye. Bak MC, BC,BKL. Rtng ko -1 samjhna.
