The app works very well for booking and communicating with service requests. So far the repair work I've received through Handiwerx has been excellent! On Android One I needed to browse through the internal storage to the downloads folder to successfully upload photos and video. Otherwise, choosing the Downloads shortcut on the UI would allow me to select photos, but then wouldn't initiate the upload process to the app. No error message in the app - just the files I had selected did not upload.
