Halo fan when connected over internet does not work 90% time. When connecting to fan wifi directly it works fine. Same with 3rd party apps like alexa and google home who connect to this app server ( IoTfy) Control over internet is based on connection to Iotfy which is really bad system. Halo should allow to connect to 3rd party app luke tuya would be better for all. If support is going to tell me about resetting i have done it multiple times no joy. Fan config reset, app reset.
