App does not connect. Developers need to update asap! I am 6 or 7 feet away and I can't even connect. What's the point of this i can just as easily reach the switch if I have to be less than 4 feet away. And note the 4 ft away is in front because if you light is outside and your inside forget about connecting.

Terrible. It does not work properlywith android... cannot connect even after buying a bridge... when i use my iphone ,the app works... logout and then use my android and nothing. Install and uninstalled the app lot of time... nothing. The app froze when it is try to connect... then a window pop up list a set of things that could have gone wrong. The product is great but without the app is nothing... terrible app. Sad to see such a great product been wasted because terrible app.

This app recently stopped working after and update and still will not open. It has been non responsive for several weeks. How long does it take for The developers to find and fix an error?

The app started crashing on every app launch as of today and as such I can't control my lights. Please fix! Edit 6/24: discovered this app is just a shell of the Avi-On app (but outdated?). I installed it and logged in with the same account on HALO app and it had all my configured devices, scenes, and schedules, and it didn't crash! Now I get to control my lights again, imagine that.

I installed downlights and was excited to form Groups and dim one of them. I also purchased the Halo Home Bridge in case I was away so I could cycle the lights for security reasons. I downloaded the Halo Home app and initially was able to connect to my home network and dim the downlights. After three days, the downlights lost synch. Annoying but not a big deal as I spent 20 minutes reprogramming the lights. Two days later, same thing. Two weeks later and the app can't connect to the network.

Is there a way to control groups of lights? I have created the group based on rooms, but unable to get the lights in the group to turn off/on/blink .. nothing happens when I control the group.. only way is to go to each light.. Can we please fix this.. The app can be very useful esp. if we dont have a hub
