Worst app ever. I paid a lot of money for this device to remotely turn the sounds and vibrations on and off while I am recovering from birth. The app worked for a few hours, and now, it can't find the device. Now, we're stuck with it as is, as the buttons on the pad are now useless.

Worst app ever. It doesn't even work. I set up my second Snoozypod unit after having returned the first one due to using the lock on the app and then the app not working which meant I couldn't control the Snoozypod. Now the second unit which I set up tonight is on and unresponsive to touch even though I don't have the lock on. And the app basically is useless except for setting up the very first time. After that it doesn't connect. Complete garbage.

App is for older version of Android and isn't compatible with my newer phone. Because of this the app only works occasionally which is not acceptable when you have to set the continuous vibrate option through the app. The whole point of this product is to try and soothe the baby so I can sleep. Very disappointed.

Doesn't work anymore because most people's phones are updated to a new Android version. Was nice when it worked, but if they haven't updated the app since 2018, it's useless.

Amazing product...if app worked. Rarely connects, have had so many issues. When it does work, it's amazing...but litterally have issues every time I use the app...and that can even be standing outside door. Please update and resolve this. Looks like 2018 was last update?

Mine works perfect after I updated the firmware on the pod. Your phone needs to send the update to the pod your phone needs to be within 5ft of pod
