We couldn't figure it out. We followed the instructions precisely multiple times, yet it still didn't work. However, after watching a YouTube video, then downloading a different app which didn't work, then we had to come back to this app, then we finally managed to make it work. We needed to connect our smartphones to the AC wifi hotpot which was not mentioned in this app, but it was mentioned in the YouTube video.

It was quite easy to connect like saying 123. 1- Download "Haier Smart" App from playstore or scan QR on your Operational Manual. 2- completely turn off your AC for 5 minutes, also from the circuit breaker. 3- Open App on your mobile follow the instructions on App. 4- Turn on power circut breaker and then turn on your AC, set it to 30 degree temp and low air fan. 5- you will see wifi sign on your AC. Now add your wifi router password and click next. The App will connect and configure auto.

So disappointed, I can't find the "HSU-18HFPCA/013WUSDC(B)" model! Instead of 013 i only find 012 in between that model name! Why haven't you updated by adding this model as well! It's latest model about few months ago! What should i do with this new brand that it's app has no option for it! You must go for its solution as quick as possible

Just started using the app for my haier ac. Look and feel is good. Just at the start its hard for a person to connect with ac. One thing missing, there should be a graph/value to measure how many ampere my ac is running. Moving forward there is a bug in it. At a time i can only connect one device, the other one gets disconnected. It should not do this.

Well I bought 2 hsu. 18hfaa/022wc(b) last year... Manual doesn't suggest anything about WiFi connection neither the installers know about that... I came to know after an year about this app, When I configure it, doesn't connect, manual connection says your hotspot can't b connected... I would rate 5 if it automatically connected. Even app is updated today still the issue remains the same
