It doesn't work on android 9 or 10. It's impossible to synchronize even when you are connected to the U-ACXXXX network, it always says that you are not connected to the U-ACXXXX network

Very unintuitive application. Texts are poorly written. Pop-ups appear each time you leave the app, which is annoying. Design is awful. It asks for way more permissions than it needs. I only give it two stars because it actually works.

I have three minisplits (One two-ton and two one-ton) registered on the app now. It was very challenging to register two of the three. I had to remove the USB dongle and reinsert it to get them to appear on the list of wifi networks i.e. U-ACxxxx. I can control all three minis w/ app. But I am mainly interested in the "timer" function to turn the units on and off based on a schedule. Timer only works on the two-ton, not on one-tons. Without timer function the app is useless to me. Please fix!!

Works OK for general control of limited AC unit functions however there are issues with the App timer and sleep function with my ac unit since they disable the normal IR remote control even after a timer off event was send by the app. The only way to regain normal IR control back is to disconnect and reconnect the power to the unit. Timer ON event from the App will transmit multiple signals to the unit with some time in between each and each instance will generate an annoying beep from the AC

Does Not allow to create schedule timer (Bug) Takes over the bandwidth and makes internet at home really slow. Does not work with google assistant or Alexa. No updates in ages... last update was a year ago!

It doesnt work! dont know why is on the store if it doesn't do anything. You can't register so you can't use it. Also, why does it have to access that much of phone data? photos? really?
