לאחרונה התחלתי להזמין מונית דרך האפליקציה. היא סכנה שהתחנה תפסיד לקוחות. היא פשוט איומה. לא ברור איפה למצוא אישור להזמנה, וזה מדאיג ומרגיש לא בטוח. לא רואים את השעה. מספר הבית לא ברור איפה למלא. התקשרתי לדווח על הבעייתיות וכשסוף סוף ענו, לא ממש התייחסו ולא ממש עיניין אותן. חבל ומקווה שיהיה שיפור משמעותי לאפליקציה הזאת. כי מניסיון של שנים עם מספר הזמנות בשנה לשדה התעופה עם תחנה זו, אני יכול לשבח אותם על השרות המקצועי וללא טעויות וללא אכזבות . בבקשה תשפרו את האפליקציה

משתמש הרבה זמן במוניות הדר בנסיעות לשדה התעופה, הפעם התקנתי האפליקציה על מנת להזמין גם חזרה במחיר מוזל. בהלוך הכל התנהל תקין כולל הצגת פרטי הנהג ומסלול הנסיעה אליי. בחזור ברגע שיצאתי עם המזוודות הזמנתי מונית חזרה. לא קיבלתי פרטי נהג ולא מקום האיסוף. אחרי מספר דקות מונית הדר מחקו הנסיעה. הזמנתי פעם נוספת וגם בפעם השנייה מחקו הנסיעה לאחר כמה דקות. פניתי בשיחת טלפון לתחנה ונאמר שמייד יחזרו אליי. עדיין לא חזרו אליי אחרי יומיים. בזבו זמן אחרי יום טיסה חזרה.

סהכ אפליקציה נוחה, אבל כשממשק הטלפון באנגלית היא מופיעה באנגלית ולא ניתן להחליף שפה. אנא הוסיפו אופציה מתוך האפליקציה לבחירת שפה. תודה
