Charging money for a card that can be issued electronically is the worst money grabbing concept ever. Uninstalling the app or changing the phone are considered the equivalent of losing a physical card? Who came up with this idea?

App does not react consistently well with the opening of the gates. Painful to use. However, got to give it credit when it's due - its managed to turn technology into some sort of hindrance.

Update 2019-09-04: latest update still not working on rooted phones despite new hid sdk. Update: still not working over bluetooth, not answering to 'contact us' number. Will you buy me a new nfc compatible phone? It is not manageable to bother the people at desk now that property guru has moved. --- awfull i want a real badge not an app accessing to internet and location just to open a door.

It is painful to use. Was told to set up as visitor and can change to tenant once I receive my access but nope. Nothing works. Once you have register with one ph, there's no other way to change it reinstalling the app will cost $$

why does it need location access if it uses ble or nfc for authenticating? if I remove the location permission, the app crashes intermittently. I don't want to share my location with you. Do something about it, make it usable!

Still cannot understand why service provider need to charge fees for transfering of access due to phone change and its not physical swop. Non versatility and inflexible system without consideration for adaptive changes. A mockery to technology improvement or rather a mere pathetic and desperate attempt at generating revenue.
