Support and instructions are poor. Took me awhile to figure it out on my own. Connection would drop constantly until I updated firmware. After firmware update my setup is working perfectly. I have 3 bulbs. Would recommend to a friend.

Can't get it to connect at all, the passcode is longer than it will allow. So sad I can't even begin to play with it. Don't buy wast of money.

Stopped working after a couple weeks. The app is now just constantly switching between scanning the network and switching to internet mode.

They wont find the gateway, whatever that is. The information in the instructions is not written well. And instead of having options to fix the problems it just tells you about having a problem and closes the app. Tried uninstallibg, doesnt work. Want my money back but xOF COURSEx they were on clearance at radio shak i dont need to wonder why anymore. Im going to get a hue, by Phillips.
