Absolutely TERRIBLE. From Day 1, the app has given partial and sometimes absolutely untrue information. Now I can't get any of my family's prescription history past June 2020 (we started with flipt in July). In fairness, their Customer Service team on the phone is VERY nice, apologetic, and understanding. Unfortunately, their efforts are irrelevant. Absurd that flipt has hustled its way into benefit management without an actual product.

This is such a bad app. My company moved from Express Scripts to flipt - Terrible Decision. Trying to navigate it, and perform simple tasks, like refilling a medication, is a frustrating waste of time. This app seems to be another app, rushed into service before it was ready. I can't imagine being more disappointed. This affects my family's healthcare. Very poor.

My employer switched from Express Scripts to this service. I HATE IT! FLIPT is confusing and inconsistent. It's hard to tell if your rx has actually been processed as many appear under pending, and filled simultaneously without a date when they were filled. Was it filled 2 months ago or yesterday? Too many other issues. I have made 10 times the phone calls as before...having to speak to FLIPT, my AND aHumana mail order. Flipt just feels in the way and not helpful. Ugh! Very frustrating.

How dumb is it to have a UI to activate where you cannot type in a DOB and have to scroll across years. For someone who is 43 years old they have to tap 43 x 12 or 516 times to enter their DOB. How ridiculous is that?
