Thanks to the GET protocol used behind the scenes it's basically impossible for scammers to operate. Tickets can be resold, but not for a higher price. When selling your ticket it'll be the first one to be sold. There is no thing as a 2nd hand ticket anymore, the buyer doesn't know if it's a resold ticket, he just gets an official ticket from the guts app itself. Since a while you're also able to share your ticket with someone else, was just in time for me to gift a ticket to my little brother!

I attended a live event and the app was very effective. Secured by qr code and text, appreciate the good experience. Very cool app!

Great stuff, real good tickets and customer service. I think the developers are very cool and probably handsome, though I haven't met any of them, there's probably a very talend guy there named Ameya who should get a promotion immediately. I hope everyone learns to love this app as much as I have, and learns something from the undoubtedly talented and ruggedly handsome developers, especially the hypothetical Ameya who I assume works there.

This is a very "un"safe app for ticket buyers and could be safe for their corporate clients, as it ensures that all tickets are nicely sold even in peak traffic and when the general buyers trying to resell it, it gets stuck, so neither you can sell it nor pull it out for hours till the event is over. I hate their response on the problem and don't want to sue them for 35 bucks which will be waste of my time, but definitely would like to spread this word, don't use this unless you have to.

Terrible app, can't validate my phone. I bought ticket to livestream Sevdaliza and I couldn't log on and there is no other way other getting your validation code through text which I never got. I have been trying to validate for over 15 minutes and I'm missing the show

Horrible to force the use of an application for tickets and to make the QR-code for acces available on the day of the event itself. Waste of money to develop a useless app like this if you ask me. Not even speaking about the fact that it is forced down the consumers throat without any consideration. What was wrong with a damn paper ticket or PDF-file you can scan or print. I have no good words for this 🐎💩. Still going to use it to go to a concert though. Because music is nice.
