This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GR Code Reader on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

This app will read information within "GR Code" into sound, with the main purpose to assist the accessibility of blind people. (This also has the codename Jaksara which stem from the word "eye" and "character" in Thai language)

This app is a part of a Thailand's government project to improve the accessibility of the blind, we will print this small barcode at the corner of the document and the blind will be able to use this app to read the text stored in the 2D-barcode into voice.
The barcode used in this app is called "GR Code" which is designed to improve from QR Code in this specific task, for both being printable in small size and the capacity of the barcode and its definition is to be declared a standard by National Electronics and Compute Technology Center (NECTEC), a famous research institute belonged to Thai government.
The standard for "GR Code" is free for anyone to implement, the creator can use GR Code freely for any purpose without worrying about the license.
