Questions to consider before you download RRFN:
1. Why does RRFN require a rooted android platform?
Using internal storage. By default, files that you create on internal storage are accessible only to your app. This protection is implemented by Android and is sufficient for most applications. As long as not retrieving data beyond of the app process boundaries.
Operations that are otherwise inaccessible could be granted via rooting. After rooting your device, you have full access to the entire system.
If the Superuser or SuperSU are installed and working properly, they will prompt the user to accept or deny the root access request from RRFN. The request can either be approved or denied. Accepting the request will allow RRFN to access the NAVIGON's internal database. Denying the request doesnt expose any impact, merely the RRFN keeps empty.

Yes. Free RRFN may include advertising, paid versions do not contain ads.

Notes on operation :
• Depends on Navigator, which need to be installed before. Additionally, RRFN depends on Navigator routing information. You need to plan your routes in NAVIGATOR UI before you start with RRFN. Create atleast one route in your NAIGATOR and save it.
• After saving your NAVIGATOR routes, you could start with RRFN. Read the version information and go to the next page by sliding the screen to the left.
• Now click the blue "Load" button in the middle of the screen. Confirm the root access question. Wait the progress. The list routes appears.
• Once route is active, you have the option on editing.
• Drag and drop the boxes around the selected route.
• Or with "Reverse" button (on the left side) will turn around the selected route.
• Every further choice will refresh the stages on the route.
• Drop of single stagebox on the trash leads into "Delete stage" action. Do this with single finger pul down/left/right action.
• Drop of single stagebox on the maps/navigation icon forwards navigation intent. Do this with single finger pul-right action.
• Drop of the route caption on the trash leads into "Delete route" action. Do this with just two finger selection and slightly pulldown action.
• Once route is changed, the "Load" action disappears until "Save" became confirmed.
• Anytime, you could drop the changes by closing the RRFN without saving.

User stories accomplished in this stage:
1. Preview of routes and stages
2. Erasing routes and stages.
3. Set stage directions in reverse or replace positions (based on route selection grid)
4. Overwriting the navigator's db without conflicts

Keep in mind - this is the free version and offers limited subset of features. Adding of new waypoints is not allowed. Routing depends strong on NAVIGATOR.
Since the NAVIGATOR is no any longer available, RRFN is declining product either.
Consider using RRFGM. It offers broad support of maps and does not depend on NAVIGATOR.

New features

Improved UI. Slider preview of routes and stages.
Drag and drop of routes and stages.
Forward option to Google Maps, here WeGo and waze.
Launches navigation intent per drop of single waypoint over the symbol.

The V2.2 fixes crashes by loading Apache HTTP client on Android P and above.
