One of worst booking apps that I ever attempt to use, can't even check booking or check on line every time I login it is a struggle to connect even the web site not working properly I couldn't check on line because keep asking for Airport and can't find in the list provided

The app can't remember your flight in the manage section. So, you've to input your PNR & last name every time you open the app. As a software engineer, I'm just surprised. It's a basic feature for any sort of app of this kind. And other airline apps also have it.

The app doesn't remember your password + it's currently down (can't log in) + the website is taking ages! Should I pretend like we're in the 70s and visit an office? Way to start 2024!

Unfriendly app. Even I am unable to give complete last name and each time it's failing to retrieve data.

App keeps closing due to a bug, when I try to open with biometrics. Gulf air do not seem to be trying to fix it

Really no help. Its very difficult to obtain booking details (due to errors and bad interface). When you/if you manage to, it will not allow you to access or save your boarding passes - you have to be given these at the check-in desk.... Furthermore you have to re-enter your details everytime you want to view something. An airline of this caliber really needs a better app.
