Overall it is a nice application, with lots of potential, but as the title of this review suggests, it needs work on the "Nearby" AR Feature. I was on Las Ramblas (the most known street in Barcelona's Old Town) and once I had a GPS signal lock, it kept saying that I was outside of the city, and then turned to demo mode. Also, some info regarding the restaurants and the nightlife seems a bit dated.
