Cromwell ct..Arrived per reservation..was in the signing of things. Told of an 11pm curfew..cant go out to the store..cant go out to smoke...go out, you cant come back in..this is what i was told..and signed a paper acknowledging that... Turns out this curfew..is for but a few.. Phone data and internet blocked..spotty usage, till i started complaining about it on FB.. Low and behold.. Took all day with the spotty usage..but it worked...it aint a coincidence if u can predict the outcome...
