App is a waste of time and permissions required are well over the top. App required to order room service however there is no way to order room service through app only view menus. Created an account to use "extra features" however no extra features exist.

Love the app. It's user friendly and has all the features you would expect it to have. Being able to order room service off the app, was also fantastic.

Seems to be the only way to order room service but I soon discovered that it doesn't actually work. Ordered food via the app and received a confirmation email. However after an hour of waiting it turns out the kitchen had never received the order.
