Can't log into applications neither on web

The application is really slow.. the platform and it's design is still on a primary stage. The company (sodexo) needs a good programming team.. :)

Cannot log in sometimes due to server maintenance, updates. Sodexo could not validate a transaction once . Without me calling them i am not sure i would have got the refund.
