GuardianConnect provides cost effective unified platform for highly efficient and auditable secure HIPAA compliant communication among health care personnel across care settings and across all web enabled device platforms. The Receiver’s cell number is never revealed to the Sender/Caller.
To communicate with ‘On Call’ physician, we use our proprietary automatic intelligent call routing algorithm, which is based on various customizable receivers’ preferences. We eliminate the need for middle person to relay messages and thereby make the communication fast, accurate, efficient and cost effective.
Our mobile application has following features
Messages: View Message/Call Log and Reply Back or Call Back from the individual message
Change “On Call” and Change Status: User can put his colleague on call for a specified time.
Connect on Call: Communicate with on call physician or patient’s assigned nurse by Secure Text or Phone.
Work Messaging: For secure communication ( by Secure Text, VOIP Call or Email) between co-workers
Patient Messaging: To communicate with patients (by Text, Text to Speech or VOIP Call) without revealing your cell number.
Patient Message Board: Info pertaining to patients like patient’s location (in OR, in Dialysis, in X-Ray etc.), NPO status etc. can be posted and viewed in real time.
User Profile: View or change user’s contact info or change status (e.g. in OR, In Procedure etc.)
Contact List : To access colleagues from self/other practices or from hospital and communicate with them by Secure Text, Email or VOIP Call
On-Call Schedule: User can view own or call group members’ ‘On Call’ Schedule.
Message Delivery Preference: Set contact preferences and permissions.
Phone Directory: Access phone directory of all affiliated physician Offices and Hospitals and make calls.
Support: Communicate with support Personnel by Email or VOIP Call.
External Messaging: To communicate with non GuardianConnect subscribers by secure Text or VOIP call.
GuardianConnect standardizes physician-contact processes via a single portal. The physician’s contact information, contact preference, forwarding option, call routing preference, workflow preference and call schedule is assembled and maintained in our application. With this information, GuardianConnect automatically displays the covering person(s) for the selected person(s) and highlights and auto checks the person’s name based on Call Type, Call Location and Call Reason selected by the sender, so that the message is sent to the right person at the right time by right delivery method.
Note: Your hospital or physician office need to be subscriber of GuardianConnect application, in order for you to use this App.
App Permissions
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
