I wasn't even able to even make a booking, it hangs and I always have to close the app. Then what's the point of the app

Unable to carry out "room selection", which is the core USP of this app. In-app customer service is poor and inefficient in providing help or solutions. Customer service acting as "live chat" but has unpredictable reply time. Have been trying to pre-register + room selection since 0000hr and now it's 1910hr- still not done. "Unknown errors" on the app. Update: customer service has completely gone MIA.

checking in at 2am, having to install an app, photograph your passport into the app (GDPR issue?) then for the app still not to to work and have to be told to come back down to reception for them to sign you into the app - just to be able to (better) control the lights etc is a REALLY good way to create a bad first impression... suggest you hire a good UX/CX designer to review the current experience.

All in room controls are conducted via the app. You have to go through a loborious process to enter your personal details including a credit card just to control lights and the AC. Come on...

Annoying. I'd much rather just have a light switch. Especially first thing in the morning, I don't want to have to use my phone as soon as I wake up

Terrible app and terrible idea. Doesn't even load - times out trying to log in. Shocking. Useless.
