System is totally unreliable. Doors routinely open/close randomly on own. Major security risk!!! Geofence does not work. Door movement and light audio notifications work about half the time. Text notifications include so much extraneous information they are totally useless. We have tried everything to get the system to work but have had no success. Entrematic customer support does not even bother to respond to our inquiries and trouble reports. Have to wonder if company is still in operation!

App frequently disconnects from router. Door opens/closes at random times. Door activity not reported in a timely manner, about 50%of the time. PLEASE remove the light notification alerts. Just show it's status on the app. ALSO, stop notifications for each individual activity, such as "door closing starts", "door closing". Just indicate if it's open or closed, period.

Was always flakey, but now it stopped working completely - can't connect to the server. I suspect since GTO has very low market share - they just decided to shutdown their servers to save some buck, leaving users with no access from cellular.

If you want it to open and close your door, it'll do that. Otherwise, it's juvenile. Disable alerts for the light? Not happening. The GUI is a hot mess. They're more worried about GeoFencing that is clunky than actually digging into the details. I won't go into the security flaws they've had but as someone who loves the underdog, I'm probably going to dump this opener into the trash and buy an ick... Chamberlain/Liftmaster

It is hit or miss if it actually works. I have never seen the geofencing ever work. The activity history is useless since it registers every single moment the back up battery is charging which essentially means you can see the last time or two the garage was opened at best. It also doesn't tell you which device opened or closed it. Over the two years I've used this app, it has become less reliable.

Half of the time my phone won't register to close the door so I have to do it manually. Then 10 minutes later it will finally register and open my door when I've left. Now I'm short a dirt bike and snowboard. Thanks.
