Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SmartServe® - Staff Watch on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

About this app

Download SmartServe®’s smart watch app for wait staff and begin receiving customised service requests from your guests dining in.

When guests scan the table unique code, their phones automatically synchronises to the designated smart watch. This means guests can request their bill, request a standard service or send a personalised service request instantly. No more waving hands, awkward eye contacts that go un-noticed or calling out names.

Guests no longer have to wait to pay their bills, once a bill is paid through the SmartServe® app, the smart watch app receives mini receipts so that guests can leave anytime, making their exit journey seamless.

A beautifully simple yet elegant interface to receive service requests. The requests are simplified by time, date, table number and request type.

The smart watch app also synchronises with the SmartServe kitchen app to receive instant notifications when the food is ready to go out.

Through our walkie-talkie like feature, wait staff can now communicate instantly with each other through voice calling feature.
