Great idea especially in light of current circumstances but like others on here the app crashes as soon as I try to scan a passport says unable to validate license!

Used my full Jet2 booking reference to log in and managed to scan or papers passports pretty easily. So we're all checked in, and that's what the app description describes. Remains to be seen whether this actually works when we arrive! However, the link from the main hotel website does make it sound like the app can do loads more really useful stuff. Maybe this appears after physical check in. Promising start though.

Frustrating! I received an email to download the app to make checking in easier and have a map of the property. It tells me that I have to add our names and to scan our passports but when I try it immediately crashes. Tried this on both an Android and an iPhone and it crashes on both. This app needs to be updated!

to be honest I thought I would be able to see alot more.i thought I could check weather and things happening around the resort. the website made it look like I could but it just checks you in. but I'm happy with that anyway . my holiday of a lifetime for my honeymoon will be better due to a quicker online check in. off to a good start . thanks sandos .see you July 8th . it's very simple. go to edit and scan your passport. very easy to follow .

Broken. Does not work. Attempted to log in, when trying to select the hotel, getting a "not connected" error

Couldn't make the passport scan work. Pressed the "scan" button and it crashed every time. Some instructions would be handy.
