This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GruBox on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Money deducted but vending machine didnt released any item

Worst App Ever. Lost 200 bucks and got nothing in return. Even though the Customer Service has been good, however, providing good customer service does not mean it's okay to go through the problem again and again. It's obvious I will be irritated because of constantly losing money and recieving nothing in return and having to all the customer service all the time to refund the amount. So don't tell me that you have been giving me my refund every time I asked for it. I Shouldn't need to do that.

unable to place order. even after updating the app 10 times. gets stuck on connecting to the machine inspite of standing right in front of it. the issue is not resolved even after a week. the issue comes and goes randomly. One day I am able to buy things.. the second day I am unable to buy anything. This is a major bug in the app

The first time the kiosk didn't dispense the product. Tried checking out again, money got deducted twice but only one product was dispensed. Tried the refund option on the app, it said the product was dispensed and cannot refund. Called customer care they said money wud be refunded in 15 mins but that didn't happen and no refund was processed. Uninstalling the app. Pathetic experience and customer support.

Machine is buggy, works until payment is received and doesn't dispatch the product. Also products aren't in a good condition, judging by Sikandarpur metro device. App is also not too good, they make you login twice before and refund is providing coupon which expires in 30 days to buy product of a gru-box again. They should really keep a check of their quality!
